Online booking
You can book your room online in just a few steps. By entering the desired period, you can choose between a package and/or the desired room.
Credit card
A confirmedbooking can only be made by providing the details of a valid credit card. Yourcredit card will be charged in accordance with the applicable booking andpayment conditions or held as a guarantee for the reservation.Credit carddetails and payments are processed via our secure payment service provider,Seekda Pay. Payment details are transmitted in encrypted form and in accordancewith the applicable security standards.
Booking confirmation
Each reservation is automatically confirmed to the email address you provide. Theconfirmation contains the exact details of your booking, including yourreservation number.
Cancellation conditions
To avoid cancellation charges, please observe the cancellation conditions applicable toyour reservation.Werecommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for all bookings.
CancellationPolicy for Group Bookings (5 Rooms or More)
A group booking is defined as a reservation of 5 or more rooms booked under thesame name, as well as bookings made under different names or as individualreservations that are clearly attributable to the same travel group or event.Freecancellation is possible up to 43 days prior to arrival.From 42days prior to arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged tothe credit card provided or must be paid in advance by bank transfer.From thispoint onwards, cancellations or changes to the reservation can no longer bemade free of charge.To protectyourself against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident orlast-minute travel disruptions, we recommend taking out private travelcancellation insurance. Depending on the applicable insurance terms andconditions, this may cover any cancellation costs incurred in the event of aninsured claim.Afterreceiving your booking, we will send you these group cancellation conditionsagain for your express confirmation. The group booking will only become bindingonce you have confirmed these conditions.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax per person and night is not included in the price and will becharged separately on site.
